At RBC Amplify, I led my team as the Business Analyst, helping everyone understand the underlying business challenge, handling communication with stakeholders, and leading sales conversations with senior executives. After several months of hard work, we built a revolutionary new onboarding solution for one of the bank's most complicated products. After we finished our MVP, I crafted our team's final pitch which we delivered to the C-suite of the bank. With our incredible pitch, we won the Industry Disruptor award valued at $20,000!

During the summer of 2024, I joined the RBC Commercial Banking team out of their office in London, Ontario. I joined as a Relationship Manager Intern, which enabled me to work with clients and help deliver value to their business by connecting them to a wide range of services and professionals within the bank. I honed my financial modeling skills, and greatly improved my ability to communicate with people in a business setting. While the sales-focused part of the role was scary at first, I learned to love it while going above and beyond to improve AI education.

In my third year of university, I wanted to learn some new skills and get more experience working with both business owners and fellow students. I was fortunate enough to have been able to join the Viridian Management Consulting team where I took on a pro-bono consulting project for a London-based business. I led three consultants, and was responsible for being the liason between the company, our team, and the club itself. Our marketing-focused project helped the company realize over 2,000 likes and 50,000 views across social platforms, most of which had less than a hundred views before.
